Hi All,

Testing version 4.57 with DNN 6.0.1 and found an error processing a payment. After the continue button is hit, the customer sees:

Hi Daniel,

I am unable to replicate this error on our test portal, but I may not have the same configuration as you. Are you using the "Success Redirect URL" feature in the Confirmation Status Page Setup section of the Cart Settings?

Thanks,

Hi Kevin,

Yes I have a success redirect URL. It just goes to a simple thank-you page with one html message. The page is nested below the store page and not shown in the menu.

By the way, the purchase did go into our Google analytics account. I can see the item in our analytics account.

Any other advice?

Regards,
Daniel.

Hi Daniel,

This seems to have been an issue with the successful redirect URL and programming has addressed this in v.4.58 soon to be released. I will install this on our test portal which you have access to so that you can test with your configuration to determine if the issue has been resolved.

Thanks,

Hi Kevin,

Has this been included in the 4.58 release? Just hoping to get an idea when the bug fix can be expected.

Regards,

Daniel.

Hi Daniel,

Yes, this issue of not redirecting to the Success Redirect URL when clicking the Continue button after a transaction has been addressed in the v.4.58 release.

Thanks,
