Any idea of how to set this up? It only ask for a store number and when you submit the form it just loops back to itself. Is it suppose to redirect to First Data? If so how do I set it up there are no instructions.

Hi Darrel,

Which version of RegPro and DNN are you currently running?

To set up your account at The First Data site use the following instructions:

  1. At the First Data website, hover your mouse over the Administration Menu option and select Connect settings from the dropdown list.
  2. On your site copy the URL from the Confirm page which is the page you are directed to after inputting your Credit Card info.
  3. Next, paste the Confirm page URL in the Confirmation Page and Failure Page URL fields and be sure to uncheck “URL is a CGI Script”
  4. Then add your Store Number in the Registration Settings of the RegPro module, click up date and you should be good to go.

I purchased the upgrade to pro and it is still doing the exact same thing. When I enter the data and hit "submit" it just loops back to page 3.

on the First Data admin site it ask for the following things:

1. Submission Form URL (text only):

 2. Confirmation Page ("Thank You" Page)

Confirmation Page URL (text only)*:

Url is a CGI Script

Automatically display Confirmation Page after the Connect receipt page.

3. Failure Page ("Sorry" Page)

Failure Page URL (text only)*:

Url is a CGI Script

Do you have a solution for this my client is waiting. Also I could use manual processing but the back end doesn't have a way to save the approval code and notify the customer. All I see in the "back end" is "BACK"

Hi Darrel,

The issue regarding the First Data PayPlus gateway is currently being investigated by our programming dept., I have just checked on the status and their response is that the solution is still being researched and resolution to this this issue is not expected within the next 2 weeks.

Regarding Manual credit card processing, the module stores the customer‟s registration and credit card information in the database and you can process the credit card transaction at a later time manually through your credit card terminal or virtual terminal. Currently the ability to manually notify users once the payment has been processed is not currently supported.
