We are still having the same issue. Paypal when selected as a donation payment option (authorize.net (AIM) is the main payment gateway) just stays on our site and doesn't redirect the user to paypal.com to finish their donation. We upgraded to the latest version of your registration module too!

Thanks for helping to resolve this issue as we have overseas donors trying to use it!

On top of that I just tried playing an order in the store cart module with paypal AND with a credit card (both) as the payment option and I get this same error (this is after we upgraded the registration module):

A critical error has occurred.
Unable to cast object of type 'Smith.DNN.Modules.Registration.BillingAccountInfo' to type 'Smith.DNN.Modules.BuyNow.BillingAccountInfo'

Hi Andrew,

Which version of RegPro and DNN are you currently running?

To confirm the issue is fixed in the latest version of the RegPro v.4.32, you can login to our test site. This will determine if the issue is with the latest version of Reg Pro or an issue with your specific DNN portal/module install.

Please email me a kevin@smith-consulting.com, if you need login credentials.

Thanks,

Hi Andrew,

I believe the issue you have reported existed only in v.4.30 and has been addressed in the release of RegPro v.4.32. Please email kevin@smith-consulting.com with your Purchase ID and we will send you the latest release.

Thanks,

We upgraded to the latest version 4.32 for the RegPro module. Module though doesn't work though with paypal selected with authorize.net (aim) - it just says donation went through but never directs the person to the paypal site. The registration module for donations should redirect the donor to the paypal.com website to finish up the process!

Hi Andrew,

This resolution to this issue is currently being researched. I will postback to this thread when a solution is available.

You also have the option to utilize Priority Support to move the item to the top of the development queue and get it worked on right away. Again, it is not required that you use Priority Support to address the issue, it is only required for immediate attention to a request. If you would like to use this otpion please do one of the following,in most cases we can start work within a week:

Thanks,
