Hello,

I have 8 products and I really need to use the table layout mode for purchases. After selecting a product, the table remains visible, and the user will have to scroll down to the bottom of the page to see the form that shows up. Most people won't realize this and will obviously prevent a user-friendly problem. 

Is there any way to make the initial form Step 2 to prevent this? And then onward from that point? 

Or, after selecting the product it automaticaly drops down to the form?

 

Please assist. Thank you!

Hi Patrick,

Which version of RegPro are you currently running?

In the release of v.4.25 we introduced the Express Checkout Option which combines the customer page (step 1) and payment page (step 2) to single registration page.

Page One: Product Display - When the user selects a membership the registration module will direct the user to page 2 to enter name, email and credit card information.

Page Two – Customer/Payment Form

Logged In - When customer is logged in hide the login and password fields.

Logged Out - When customer is logged out the login and password fields are displayed.
