I submitted 2 test subscriptions using paypal. I took the transaction to the paypal page and then cancelled. When I go to manage subscriptions, they both show up even though the payment was not successful. One of the transactions has a status of True even though there was no payment.

When I try to cancel them I get this error.

A critical error has occurred.
Input string was not in a correct format.

If a payment is not completed, how does a customer go about making the payment?

Thanks

Carl

Currently the cancel subscription function is only supported thru the Authorize.Net payment gateway. I will add this to the feature enhancement list if you would like to recieve a quote to program cancel subscriptions using paypal standardf and prioritize this feature to be programmed right away please send an email to sales@smith-consulting.com

I tested the registration all the way through Paypal and I have received all the emails. Eveything worked fine, but I cannot cancel subscriptions either. I cannot even find it in the DB tables. Nor can I get the cancel subscription module to work. Does both of the modules only work for Authorize.net? Below is the error I get when I cancel from the manage subscription module. I am using 3.28

A critical error has occurred.
Multiple controls with the same ID 'lblCreateDate' were found. FindControl requires that controls have unique IDs.

Currently the cancel subscription function is only supported thru the Authorize.Net payment gateway not for PayPal standard. Even though the cancel subscription function is not support with paypal it shouldnt give an error like this I will forward this into programing to see if they can recreate and trap for paypal so it doesnt return an error. Thanks for reporting it!
