The Custom Ship Methods by Quantity method allows you to display Ship Methods conditionally based on the total quantity of the items in the cart, and charge a ship cost based on the ship method selected by the user.
Take the following steps to enable Custom Ship Methods by Quantity:
1. Select the Custom Ship Methods by Quantity shipping method from Shipping and Handling Setup.
3. Configure Shipping by Quantity
4. Click Save
