I am having a similar issue. I cloned a DNN install and have updated the new DNN install with all of the correct information in the DNN User Settings as well as the Email Setup section in the Store's Module Settings. It is showing the new email address there, but it is still sending from the old email address from the other installation. I have also tried restarting the application and it did not work.

I resolved this issue in our situation by changing the email address in the Host Settings --> SMTP Server Settings --> SMTP Username field.

It appears that Smith Cart uses that email address instead of the one we set in the Store Admin SendFromEmail field.
