To request additional information from your customer you can use the Show Textbox feature located in the Cart Settings under "Checkout Step 1 Setup", "Confirmation Page Setup (Before Payment)", or "Confirmation Page Setup (After Payment)". Currently two custom textboxes are supported on each page but we modify the Cart to include additional texboxes. using product variant does work for me however, when i have more than 1 text box for the same group, only the first text box shows regardless of how many text boxes should be shown.
