The following are 3 tips that may help if you are having an issue setting up the cart to process credit cards thru Paypal PayFlow Pro gateway. The fix was a combination of the following:
- Payflow pro does not allow special characters in your password (perhaps due to encoding)
- PayPal Manager has an IP address lockout feature (for future reference it returns User authenticated failed even when the values are correct)
- When changing the Test mode setting, does it occur immediately or after an app restart? (Just confusing when flipping back and forth between test mode and live mode in the cart)
