We followed all the instructions and can't get to Step2.  We have tried keeping everything as simple as possible and tried it on all browsers and it gives us the same error.

In the RegPro module settings did you check the "credit card" checkbox under payment methods. Can you post a screen shot of how you configured the module settings?

Yes it's checked.

 How do you post the image on the forum other than linking to an image on our server?

I'm pretty sure you guys have a bug.  If you look at the error message you see this:

RawURL: /Default.aspx?tabid=394?ctlname=Step2

Notice the extra ? instead of an &.

We do not use Friendly URLS on this site and we can't.

Normally the url for the step 2 screen should look like the following;

www14.smith-consulting.com/PayOnline.aspx?ctlname=Step2

You must have something in your dnn settings, web config or iis that is rewriting the url and inserting the question mark after the tabid which is causing the error.  Why cant you turn on friendly urls?   If you cant turn on friendly urls in your portal you will need to look at your iis settings, dnn settings or web config and locate where your portal configuration is incorrectly substituting a question mark in the querystring.  I have tested the module with firendly urls turned off and it normally inserts a front slash ("/") where you have a question mark.

No, the problem is that you are assuming everyone is using Friendly URLs.  We can't use Friendly URLs so when Reg Pro adds the ?ctlname=Step2 to the URL it's not formatted correctly.

Go to your DNN  'host settings'  -> 'advanced settings' -> 'Friendly Url Settings'.

Now make sure '' is UNchecked.

Try it again.  See what you get.

If you need to have '' checked then we'll have to look for an alternative product elsewhere

Thanks for looking into this asap.

Hi Craig,

Currently the RegPro module does not support the disabling of Friendly URLs. I will have our accounting dept. arrange a refund.

Thanks,
