Smith Payment Registration Pro DNN Module v4.22
SQL 2008
DNN 6.0.1

Looking for a little direction on how to get Elavon Virtual Merchant setup. I purchased this module because the website listed it as a payment gateway supported by the Pro version but not the Standard.  http://www.smith-consulting.com/Produ...

I've looked in the drop down menu of the payment gateway and don't see it. I've also looked through the manual I just downloaded and don't see it. I'm a little worried the smith-consulting.com website is wrong.

Please advise.

Kevin,

Any idea on when the Elavon payment gateway will be completed? I've got a client hot on my back to get this project done. Their old online payment system was taking 25 - 50 payments online a day and being down is really hurting their business.

Have you made any progress on the Elavon Payment Gateway?

Could you please let us know when this will be integrated? According to your last post it should have been available last week.

Our client is anxious to get this resolved ASAP.

This module is for my doctors office, they have asked for my help with online payments. I pointed them to you, I don't want them any more mad at me. Please help me stay healthy.

Hi Darren,

Please excuse the delay as we have been quite busy with the holidays coming up. We hope to assign a programmer to this project on Friday and have completed approximately Tuesday. I will postback to this forum thread as soon as it is completed.

Kevin,

Thank you for the email and link to the new version of module. I've downloaded and have begun testing it.

I've run into a major problem. The new Elavon payment gateway is called Elavon Internet Secure, this is not what I need. The websites notes that the Pro version uses Elavon Virtual Merchant, this is the product my client uses.

Elavon has two processing products Internet Secure and Virtual Merchant. By the description on your website I thought I was purchasing the Elavon Virtual Merchant.

Please tell me this is a quick fix and can be done soon.

Kevin,

I've run into a problem finishing the payment process.

When I click Submit on Step 3 I am not redirected to the landing page I have configured and I get an error "We couldn't complete your payment." message at the top of the screen. Below the error message it displays, Status: APPROVAL and Message: APPROVAL, plus when I login to Elavon the transaction is in there and I receive an email from Elavon saying my card has been charged.

I don't receive the Payment Pro end-user email or the Admin email I have configured.

Do you think I've configured something incorrectly?

We are trying to reproduce the issue you reported above although it seems that our Elavon test account has expired. Please email me at kevin@smith-consulting.com with your Elavon Test credentials so we can look into this issue.
