We are happy to pay for support if we have a unique issue particular to our environment. It appears in this case multiple people are having similar issues which would lends itself to be more of a module bug or compatibility issue. Having installed hundreds of modules it's unusual to find one that breaks after testing one product in multiple DNN environments.
