Our product currently has a monthly recurring payment schedule.  We would like to enable a free trial period, but only for a week.  If we use .25 as the total occurences, would the customer then be charged after 1/4 of a month and then every month?

Hi Katie,

Currently, the interval used for the Trial Period will be the same as the Main Product interval so if you have the Subscription Interval set to Monthly you will not be able to set the Trial period for less than a a month. If you would like our programming dept to provide you with a fixed quote develop the ability to set a separate Subscription Interval for the Trial Subscription please send an email with a link to this post to sales@smith-consulting.com.

We quote all features enhancements below cost since it is enhancing the module, If your company has budget to sponsor a feature let us know, in most cases we can start work on the new feature within a week.

Thanks,
