Hi dsmith,

We are happy to pay for support if we have a unique issue particular to our environment. It appears in this case multiple people are having similar issues which would lends itself to be more of a module bug or compatibility issue. Having installed hundreds of modules it's unusual to find one that breaks after testing one product in multiple DNN environments.

However, we look forward to your call and can set up a gotomeeting.com to show you the issue. If it turns out to a problem of our environment, then we will be happy to pay the support cost to get the issue resolved.

I setup a new test portal running dnn v5.6 and smith registration pro v3.31 and configured the eWay gateway with a test account and cannot duplicate the error message. Here is the new portal http://www13.smith-consulting.com/Home.aspx . Also sent you an email about setting up a conference call today to discuss replicating the bug so we can fix it. Let me know what time are you available for a phone call today.

This bug has been fixed and we have uploaded a new version of the module to Snowcovered, our online store and the trial download. Thanks for reporting the issue!
